Closed member state consultations on Chapter 3: Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) and Digital Cooperation was held in the morning of 11th of December 2023 in Conference Room 2 in the UN General Assembly. Member states stressed on closely linking STI to the 2030 Agenda and the need to expand digital connectivity, so as to leave no one offline.
